The friendships we've made within the group are invaluable. What a blessing to find others who understand the daily life as an officer's wife!

Education
We have many resources available to us within the Department and through other local and national agencies. You will have many opportunities to receive education and training to strengthen and enhance your marriage.

Experience
We are wives of all ages and all stages with varying degrees of Life Experience and LAPD Wife Experience. There's plenty of opportunity to give and take.

Are you interested in becoming a Mentor? Mentors have been married to a police officer at least 5 years and will make themselves available via email to other member and non-member wives who may need someone to talk to or advice. Please submit a short bio for the website, including your email address. It will be up to you if you want to exchange phone numbers and personal information with ladies who contact you.

Scour the internet and other sources for speakers or educators that may be able to do seminars or workshops on subjects important to our lives as LAPD Wives?

Make calls for donations for our events? You would receive a list of companies to call and what we are requesting.

Assist with booking venues and designing workshops and seminars, including gathering materials?

Create handouts, brochures or other items for meetings, seminars & retreats at no cost to you?

Make a meal and deliver it to an officer's family in your area during a time of need for them? (If yes, please make sure we have your phone number.)
